■ 직무 필수 사항(Required qualifications)

1. 생명정보학, 컴퓨터과학, 컴퓨터공학, 전기전자공학, 통계학, 생물학, 물리학, 화학, 또는 이와 관련된 분야의 박사 학위 소지
(Ph.D degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry or related fileds.)

2. 리더쉽 역량 (Leadership capabilities)

• 전산생물학 및 의생명정보학 전문가로서 박사학위 후 3년 이상 직장 경험자
(At least three years of post-Ph.D. work experience as an expert in computational biology and bioinformatics)

• 다른 기관 사이(e.g., 기업과 기업 또는 기업과 학교)에서 진행되는 협력연구 기안 및 진행 경험자
(Experience in drafting and managing collaborative research projects between different institutions (e.g., company-to-company or company-to-academia collaborations))

• 기관에서 프로젝트 팀 리드, 연구 전략 수립 및 운영 경험자
(Experience in leading project teams, developing research strategies, and managing operations within a organization)

3. 아래 사항 중 2가지 이상 경험 (Deep experience in at least two of the following areas)

• 오믹스 데이터를 이용한 시스템 생물학에 대한 분석 연구
(Systems biology analysis using omics data such as genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and single cell omics data analysis)

• 멀티오믹스 데이터 분석 및 생명정보학 또는 인공지능 모델을 이용한 통합연구 경험
(Multi-omics data integration using bioinformatics or AI models)

• 치료제 개발에 필요한 시퀀스 데이터 분석
(Therapeutics development support (e.g., DNA/RNA codon optimization) via biological sequence analysis/optimization (e.g., DNA, RNA, and protein))

• 전사체와 단백질 구조 분석 및 예측

(RNA/protein structure prediction)

• 크리스퍼 데이터 분석
(CRISPR data analysis)

3. Python, R, C/C++ 중 적어도 하나의 프로그래밍 언어에 대해 능숙 (Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, R, C/C++)
